1. Introduction

Welcome to 111gam (referred to in these Terms as "111gam", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 111gam platform, including all associated websites, mobile interfaces, applications, tools and content made available under the domain https://111gam.cam and any affiliated subdomains.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and 111gam. By registering an account, accessing the platform or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 111gam platform and close your account if one has been opened.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a unique registered user account created on the 111gam platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account, comprising real-money deposits and any approved bonus funds as separately designated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets or matched deposit bonuses credited to an Account, which are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by 111gam and applicable regulatory frameworks.
• "Platform" means the 111gam website, its interfaces, games, betting markets, tools and all related digital content accessible at https://111gam.cam.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or region where access to online gambling platforms is prohibited under applicable law, including without limitation jurisdictions where local law restricts or prohibits the use of services such as those offered by 111gam.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options available to Users on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a User must stake a Bonus amount (or a combined deposit and bonus amount) before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on 111gam, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
2. You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or when using the Platform.
4. You must not be a politically exposed person (PEP) whose account activity would trigger enhanced due-diligence requirements that 111gam is unable to satisfy.
5. You must not previously have been excluded, suspended or banned from 111gam or any affiliated platform for a breach of these Terms or applicable law.
6. You must register in your own legal name and using accurate, current personal information. Registering under a false name or using a third party's identity is strictly prohibited.

111gam reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to produce satisfactory evidence may result in Account suspension, denial of withdrawals and, where applicable, forfeiture of Bonus Funds.

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Process

To open an Account, you must complete the online registration form accurately and in full. You are required to provide a valid email address, a secure password and any additional information requested during the registration flow. You agree that all information provided is true, accurate and complete at the time of submission and that you will update it promptly if it changes.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be treated as your own activity and governed by these Terms. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 111gam immediately via the Help Centre or email support.

4.3 One Account Policy

Each User may hold only one Account on the 111gam platform at any time. Opening or attempting to open multiple Accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances or Bonus Funds held therein.

5. Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

You may access and use the 111gam Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any commercial use, systematic scraping, data harvesting, or access to the Platform by automated means without express written permission is prohibited.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the Platform:

• Cheating, collusion, match-fixing or any form of fraudulent betting activity.
• Use of automated bots, scripts or software to place bets or interact with the Platform in any way that circumvents normal user behaviour.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or pricing anomalies to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through practices such as bonus arbitrage, multi-accounting or coordinated promotional exploitation.
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any activity that violates Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy or other means of obfuscating your actual location.

111gam reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation and to take immediate action, including Account suspension, voiding of bets and withholding of funds, pending the outcome of such investigation.

6. Deposits & Payment Methods

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. 111gam currently provides access to a range of payment options familiar to Pakistani users, which may include bank transfers and e-wallet services. The availability of any specific method — including those associated with providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah — is subject to operator policy and applicable payment provider terms.

Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform and are denominated in PKR or equivalent currency where applicable. 111gam reserves the right to decline a deposit or request additional verification before processing any transaction.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; (c) minimum withdrawal threshold as displayed in the cashier; and (d) confirmation that the withdrawal is being made to a payment method in your own name.

Processing times vary by method and operator. Bank transfers may take 1–5 business days. E-wallet processing times are subject to the policies of the relevant payment provider and are not guaranteed to be instant. 111gam does not guarantee specific withdrawal timelines and processing may be delayed by compliance checks, AML reviews or payment provider procedures.

111gam reserves the right to conduct additional security verification before processing any withdrawal and may place a hold on funds where fraudulent, abusive or suspicious activity is reasonably suspected.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers made available on the Platform are subject to individual promotion-specific terms, which supplement and must be read alongside these General Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms will prevail in relation to that promotion.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are not available for withdrawal until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met. Wagering requirements, eligible games and any minimum odds restrictions are specified in the terms accompanying each promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the automatic expiry and forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any winnings generated solely from those Bonus Funds.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

111gam operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Any User found to be engaged in bonus arbitrage, coordinated promotional exploitation, multi-accounting for bonus purposes or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional structures without genuine recreational intent may have their Account suspended, bonuses voided and any associated winnings forfeited.

8.4 Illustrative Nature of Advertised Amounts

All bonus amounts displayed in marketing materials — including references such as "up to PKR 25,000" — are illustrative maximums. The actual bonus amount credited depends on the User's qualifying deposit and the specific offer claimed. 111gam reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Betting Rules & Game Integrity

All sports bets placed on the Platform are subject to the relevant sport-specific rules published in the Platform's sportsbook section. Cricket betting — including PSL, ICC T20 World Cup, bilateral T20I and Test markets — is governed by cricket-specific settlement rules. In the event of ambiguity, 111gam's decision on bet settlement is final, subject to the dispute process set out in Section 15.

Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time data feeds. In the event of a data feed error or technical failure, 111gam reserves the right to void affected bets at its reasonable discretion. 111gam is not responsible for outcomes arising from inaccurate third-party data.

10. Identity Verification (KYC)

111gam applies KYC verification procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gambling obligations. Users may be required to submit documentary proof of identity, age and address at any time, including at the time of registration, before their first withdrawal or when transaction patterns trigger compliance review.

Acceptable identity documents for Pakistani users typically include:

• Valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back.
• Valid Pakistani passport — bio-data page.
• Proof of address — a recent utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence dated within 90 days, displaying your name and current address in Pakistan (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar or elsewhere).
• Selfie or liveness check confirming the document belongs to the Account holder.

11. Responsible Gambling Obligations

111gam is committed to fostering a responsible gambling environment. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that outcomes are not guaranteed. You agree to use Responsible Gambling Tools available on the Platform and to seek help promptly if gambling negatively affects your financial, mental or personal wellbeing.

You confirm that you are not gambling with funds required for essential living expenses (rent, household bills, food, healthcare) and that you are not gambling to recover previous financial losses. Users who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion feature or contact our support team to activate cooling-off controls.

111gam reserves the right to impose responsible gambling measures — including forced cooling-off periods, deposit restrictions or account closures — on any Account where the Platform reasonably identifies indicators of problem gambling or at-risk behaviour.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the 111gam Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, user interface designs, software, odds data and brand identifiers — is the exclusive property of 111gam or its licensed technology and content partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You must not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written authorisation from 111gam.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 111gam and its affiliates, directors, employees and technology partners shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill; (c) service interruptions caused by factors outside 111gam's reasonable control, including third-party network failures, payment processor outages or force majeure events; or (d) the accuracy of real-time odds or data feeds sourced from third-party providers.

111gam's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to such claim, or such minimum amount as required by applicable law, whichever is greater.

14. Suspension & Termination

111gam reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, abusive or deceptive activity is suspected or confirmed.
• A User has provided false registration or KYC information.
• Compliance with an AML investigation requires account restriction.
• A User is identified as being under the minimum age requirement.
• The Platform is required to comply with a legal order or regulatory direction.

Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (net of bonuses and subject to any applicable investigation holds) will be returned to the User through an approved payment method within a reasonable timeframe, unless the closure is due to fraud, in which case funds may be withheld pending investigation.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 111gam holds its operational license. The specific governing jurisdiction will be confirmed in the Platform's licensing disclosure section. 111gam does not submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pakistani courts and does not represent that these Terms are enforceable under Pakistani law.

In the event of a dispute, Users are encouraged to contact 111gam's customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, Users may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution mechanism available under the operator's applicable license, where such a mechanism exists.

16. Amendments to These Terms

111gam reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via email to the registered address on your Account or by prominently displaying a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. If you disagree with any revision, you must cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.
